At Dr. Dogra Ayurveda, therapies are not offered as stand-alone spa treatments. Each one is part of a care plan, chosen with a purpose for a particular person.

Quick answers

Ayurvedic Therapies: questions

What are Ayurvedic therapies?

Traditional Ayurvedic treatments, many of them external, using medicated oils, herbal preparations and gentle heat. They are chosen according to individual assessment.

Can I book a therapy without a consultation?

A consultation comes first, so that any therapy can be chosen according to your needs and health history.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies by person. Dr. Varun explains what he suggests and reviews it at follow-up.

Are therapies the same as Panchakarma?

Not exactly. Panchakarma is a specific group of classical procedures. Some therapies form part of Panchakarma, while others are used on their own.

Can therapies be combined with conventional treatment?

They can often be discussed alongside conventional care. Tell Dr. Varun about your diagnosis and medicines, and keep your other doctors informed.
