Migraine

An Ayurvedic approach to migraine that looks at digestion, the nervous system and your daily triggers.

Overview

What is migraine?

Migraine is a common neurological condition. It causes a severe, pounding headache, often starting at the forehead or around the eyes, with nausea and irritability.

Bright light and loud noise make it worse. An attack can last two hours to two or three days.
