Kidney Stone

Ayurvedic diet and herbal support for kidney stones, given alongside your urologist's treatment.

Overview

What is kidney stones?

Kidney stones form when minerals and waste in the urine crystallise. A tiny stone may pass in the urine unnoticed.

A larger stone can block the urinary passage and cause severe pain and bleeding.

The Ayurvedic view

Ayurveda sees kidney stones as an imbalance of all three doshas. Care may use diuretic herbs, then rejuvenating preparations, with Panchakarma where suitable after assessment.
