Irregular eating
Wrong eating habits and weak digestion.

Problems we treat · Digestive & Liver Health
Constipation is very common, and diet and routine play a big part. Ayurvedic care may help support regular, easier bowel movements.
Overview
Constipation means the bowels do not empty fully, or the stools are hard. In Ayurveda it is called Vibandh. Wrong lifestyle and poor eating habits are the main reasons.
It is not serious in the early stage. If it continues, it can lead to fissures, piles, fistula, indigestion and poor appetite.
The Ayurvedic view
Ayurveda links it to disturbed Vata. Undigested food (ama) and stool collect in the intestines and block the digestive tract, so care focuses on digestion and Vata.
Causes
Wrong eating habits and weak digestion.
Drinking too little and eating low-fibre food.
A sedentary lifestyle and ignoring the urge to pass stool.
Mental and emotional strain also play a part.

Ayurvedic approach
Dr. Varun listens to your symptoms, history, food habits and routine, and looks at any reports or medicines you already take.
Nadi pariksha (pulse) and Prakriti (body type) assessment help him understand your individual balance.
Where suitable, a personal plan may combine diet and routine changes, classical Ayurvedic medicines and, for some people, Panchakarma.
Progress is reviewed and the plan adjusted, at the clinic or on WhatsApp.

Home remedies
Mix powdered dry ginger (sonth), black pepper, long pepper (pippali) and black salt. Take a small pinch with lukewarm water at bedtime.
Take 2-3 spoons with water, and drink enough water through the day.
People with high blood pressure should limit black salt, and pregnant women or anyone with ulcers should ask first before taking the pepper powder.
