Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

An Ayurvedic approach to IBS that looks at digestion, diet and stress together.

Overview

What is IBS?

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a very common digestive disorder. It causes stomach pain, bloating and changes in bowel habits.

Stress and worry are thought to be major triggers, but the exact cause is still not fully known.

The Ayurvedic view
